Our Vision:

To establish in Calgary a place which will have the resources, both in numbers of people and amount of finances to impact our city, our nation and our world for the Lord Jesus Christ by being a church planting centre.

Our Core Values:

· Our foundational value is that the Bible alone and the Bible in its entirety is the authoritative Word of God, inerrant in the autographs, inspired by God and is the only acceptable standard for life, ministry and conduct.
· We value a lifestyle of expressing our love for God
· We value sharing His love for us with those who do not know Him
· We value building our love for God’s family through significant relationships
· We value mentoring others into success and maturity; and
· We value finding ways to encourage everyone’s gifts, talents and abilities

These values have practical implications for the way we live, and how we are accountable to God and to each other. We are committed to allowing these values to direct our lives both individually and corporately, in order to see God's truth established in our lives and in the earth.

Our Mission:

To find creative and relevant ways to present the good news to every person in Calgary so they can discover their purpose and find meaning in Christian living. Our initial goal is to see over twenty thousand unchurched people in Calgary come to Christ in an ever-maturing relationship with Him.

The initial signposts that will mark the progress of the mission include:

1. Radical converts
2. Trained, equipped and capable leaders
3. A permission giving church structure
4. Growth in numbers
